WHAT HAPPENS FIRST?

After you've got in touch we me, we will arrange a 20-30 minutes initial consultation (which is currently free) to talk through briefly what you'd like to work through, what the counselling journey is about, what you can expect from me, and any other questions that you have. If you agree to continue and have counselling sessions on the next session we will go through the contract: payments, confidentiality, cancellations etc. and assessment.
Counselling sessions will be weekly or fortnightly at the same time every week.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

Adults

For counselling and/or Rewind Therapy

Initial consultation  - free 

Counselling sessions and/or Rewind Therapy sessions of 50 minutes each - £45 

Online sessions - £45

Children and young people 12 to 16 years old

Initial consultation - free

Counselling session and/or Rewind Therapy of 30 minutes each - £30

Online sessions 30 minutes - £30

Fees will need to be paid 48 hours before a counselling session.

Payment is retained if you don't give 48 hours notice for not attending. 

Any upcoming holidays can be discussed before the therapy starts.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Counselling

I don't have a set timeframe for amount of sessions needed. It very much depends on what you bring to therapy and what you need. I recommend 6 sessions then review and discuss further therapy if needed; for more complex issues, therapy can last a longer. We can discuss this during the consultation.

Rewind Therapy

Rewind therapy is completed in one session, then a follow up 2 weeks later and one last appointment in 3 months time.

DO YOU WORK REMOTELY?

Yes, I work online too on Zoom or Microsoft Teams; or I can do telephone sessions.
Rewind therapy can take place online or face to face.

WHEN ARE APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE?

Monday - Friday 9.15 - 17.00. Evening appointments are available too, please get in touch for these.
